Star-nosed Mole

The nose of the star-nosed mole is the most sensitive touch organ known. The "star" is a large, pink appendage with 22 sensitive projections that the mole uses to detect food as it scoots through its underground tunnels.

I find that their eyes are furthur apart and that that have a flatter skull....like it's not as round.....more like a horizontal oval.
